Thousands of unsafe products still available on Amazon

Fox Business Briefs: Investigation reveals more than 4,000 items have been declared unsafe by federal agencies and still remain on the Amazon site.
Dollar General, Dollar Tree and Family Dollar have all been fined for selling expired products including over-the-counter drugsOpens a New Window..
The discount retail chainsOpens a New Window. will pay $1.2 million in fines and damages, according to a press releaseOpens a New Window. from the New York Attorney GeneralOpens a New Window. on Monday.
“New York consumers have a right to expect that products on store shelves are safe, fresh and suitable for their advertised use,” New York Attorney General Letitia James said in a statement.
“These settlements will ensure that Dollar General, Dollar Tree, and Family Dollar will not only pay both a substantial fine and damages, but, more importantly, update their business practices to comply with the law so that no expired over-the-counter drugs are sold to a New York consumer again,” James added.

Dollar General will pay $1,100,000 in damages and penalties, while Dollar Tree and Family Dollar -- which was acquired by Dollar Tree in 2015 -- will pay $100,000.
The fines come after investigators went undercover in the three discount chains throughout the state, according to the release.

An investigation that began in March 2016 found that all three stores sold over-the-counter drugs that were past their expiration dates, which is prohibited by state law.
Investigators also found that Dollar General stores sold store-branded motor oils that aren’t usable for modern engines, including some oil that isn’t good for car engines built after 1930 and some oil that isn’t good for cars built after 1988.
Dollar Tree and Family Dollar -- which Dollar Tree acquired in 2015 -- agreed to pay $100,000 in penalties and costs after the New York Attorney General fined the discount retailer for selling expired over-the-counter drugs and not complying with state bottle deposit laws.
In December 2017, investigators also found that Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores did not comply with New York bottle deposit laws by not accepting bottles they are required to, as well as charging a bottle deposit on bottles that are not subject to the state law.
Dollar General, Dollar Tree and Family Dollar all agreed to reform their management of selling and stocking over-the-counter drugs, the release said.

Dollar Tree and Family Dollar have also agreed to comply with bottle deposit laws and Dollar General has stopped selling out-of-date motor oil, the release said.

Disneyland

When Walt Disney first opened the park of #Disneyland it was his first real business outside of the studio that he , his brother stated more then once many years before he was able to keep a stable financial level he opened one then a larger one after that .
We all know that he was not sure himself of how far it would go , how far it would take him.
But after the success of #SnowWhite - Is when he opened , operated the larger studio.
Walt Disney eventually decided to open a park that would have rides that were made to where mothers , fathers could join in with their children , so he searched for many different locations .
When Walt found the site that he felt was right he went on with the process of buying it , then about a few months to a year later he had the park being layed out by #blueprint & layout.
It was a new thing for Walt to own , operate he did not know what to expect , when but when he did get many things that needed to be taken care of he made sure it was done , before he had #Epcot built he had things done , re-done for his first #DisneylandPark creation before his second creation.
But sadly before they started the construction of #Epcot Walt past away , with that it remained that it all started with a mouse named #Mickey.
But as it has been said by many video creators on the social media site of #YouTube -That the operators of #Disneyland to start have junked the older attractions like the #PeopleMover & the wired ride that took its guests from one side of the park to the other , many other fixtures , more as they sat to rust instead of restructuring , re-using them or even at most use the parts to make newer attractions , rides , more aka recycling the older attractions , rides or recycle the parts of the older rides some were visible , others were not while in the back ends of the park.
The fact of using parts of the park as a junk heap site is not a good thing for any park to have even ones like #Disneyland- it what was Walt Disney's creation , it is also a bad reflection on #WaltDisney - & On his dream , creations , with that it can just as easily put a bad image/ view on him , the company that #WaltDisney created along with his brother #RoyDisney.

The current operators of the two #DisneyParks must make things better before it gets way more then worse.

In-N-Out Burger managers' salaries 'eons above' competitors: How popular fast food chains compare

Morning Business Outlook: McDonald's is welcoming four international items to the menu in the United States; lawmakers and major retailers working to get cigarettes and e-cigarettes out of the hands of America's youth.
If you're hoping to find a career in the fast food industryOpens a New Window., you may want to look for openings at In-N-Out Burger Opens a New Window. — Especially if you're interested in management roles.
The burger giant, which is primarily concentrated in the Southwest and the Pacific coast, is apparently "eons above" its competitors. Saru Jayaraman, the head of the Food Labor Research Center at U.C. Berkeley, said Opens a New Window. In-N-Out was "the best chain" in terms of wages and benefits in 2017.
According to recent data from GlassdoorOpens a New Window., In-N-Out restaurant managers make an average base pay of $83,564. But that number is even bigger (around $113,000) when you add additional commission, tips, and bonuses. That's about $63,861 above the reportedOpens a New Window. average ($49,139) for the position.

“Paying [In-N-Out] associates well was just one way to help maintain that focus, and those beliefs remain firmly in place with us today,” In-N-Out’s Vice President of Operations Denny Warnick told the California SunOpens a New Window. in January 2018. The family-owned burger chain was listed third on Glassdoor's "Best Places to Work" in 2019.

Herjavec: "This is a brand new way to make money. There's never been anything like this".

There's been high interest in learning about store managers' salaries in recent weeks, particularly after Walmart shared in a reportOpens a New Window. this month that its U.S. store managers take home an average of $175,000 a year. Reader's DigestOpens a New Window. then resurfaced how much Costco is shelling outOpens a New Window. in comparison: an average base pay of $106,000.
To give American workers a better idea of what managers make at some of their favorite fast food joints, Fox Business analyzed 2019 data compiled by Glassdoor that focuses on the annual salaries of those who identify as "restaurant managers."
"Restaurant managers are responsible for managing and organizing daily restaurant operations with a goal of controlling costs and providing a high-quality experience to customers. Areas of operation range from personnel management to cook and waiting staff coordination to inventory management," explains Glassdoor on its website, noting that applicants are not required to have a Bachelor's degree in hospitality but it's preferred.
After examining restaurant manager salaries at 12 different companies, Fox Business found that In-N-Out still pays the best. Cheddar's, a Texas-based restaurant brand that has at least 170 locations throughout the U.S., had the second highest average salary for restaurant managers — $65,066, with a range of $47,000 to $72,000.
Shake Shack also paid above average, giving restaurant managers an average $52,307 per year. Salaries for Shake Shack restaurant managers range from $32,000 to $56,000.
Here's a breakdown of what restaurant managers make on average at these 12 establishments in the U.S. each year.*

#Cheddar's - $65,066
#ShakeShack - $52,307

Uber & Lyft -The new inovation in taxi service is dealing with a strike, with that they are in plans to get the human equation out of the percentage base within the two companies.
The two companies are faced with their drivers on strike due to a list of things in what you will hear on these video links below on the post..
And the two compines think that their IPO'S & Investors are unaffected by the strike,
The two companies are so #delusional, so #illogically over confident ,still new to the business world that they think that it will not effect them in any way but if a strike happens to any other company in any other industry that it will effect the company in question.
Uber & Lyft are negatively affected even if they want to believe it or not they are not #shielded from any thing that would equally affect negatively any other company.
So Uber & Lyft are not out of the woods on that even as we said that they would want to think that they are out of the woods on that but realistically they are not & it can , will hurt them.
And with that Uber & Lyft are in a pipe-dream with the driver-less car concept that they are said to be working on in what they see would be where it would delete the human equasion out of the companies need to remain in the running / in business serving the public.
Yet in a test of the driver-less concept in Arizona- There was a fatal incident that involved a driverless vehicle & an Airizona female bicyclist the woman died & Uber is not taking any level or percentage responsibility in that situation that even with the fact that prosecutors are not opting to put any level , percentage of fault on Uber even though it was their test run that their vehicle that hit the woman, with that they had to have had a person in the driver seat while conducting the test of a driver-less vehicle.
Both Uber & Lyft need to take responsibility no matter what even when it involves a person both in or out of the automobile that they have their name on , that is registered their company name , drivers name no matter if they own it or if the driver working for them owns it , even if they doing tests like the driverl-less car concept or any other thing that they are testing out in the public view , public surroundings.
If they continue to refuse to then the families that have lost or even nearly lost a family meber can take legal actions against the two comanies or even the one of the two that were involved in the incident, the families would win , Uber & Lyft will have more then a drastic loss in ridership , in their financial base & that would not make investors very happy either.
That is one of many things that can make it where both will be no longer around.
In addition that incident shows that we do not yet have the technology to put in automobiles that would prevent that from happening , it may turn out that we may not get there , by the time we do both ( Uber & Lyft )- May not be around at that point , time.
So both Uber & Lyft need to more then take notice to this logic , fact or simply go out of business for good.
But while in operation they need to be more then fair in wages , more to those that have driven for them no matter the length of time was or has been , even for new drivers that join the two companies.

Prosecutors Don’t Plan to Charge Uber in Self-Driving Car’s Fatal Accident

March 5, 2019
Arizona prosecutors said Tuesday that they had not found evidence to charge Uber with a crime in connection with an accident in which one of its autonomous cars hit and killed a pedestrian in Tempe a year ago.
On March 18, 2018, a Volvo sport utility vehicle, one of several self-driving vehicles that Uber was testing, was traveling about 40 miles per hour when it hit Elaine Herzberg, 49, as she was walking her bicycle across the street at night, the authorities said.
While the car was in autonomous mode, a safety driver was sitting in the driver’s seat.
The Yavapai County Attorney’s Office, which reviewed the case, said in a letter dated Monday that there was “no basis for criminal liability for the Uber corporation.”
But it added that investigators should look into what the safety driver “would or should have seen that night given the vehicle’s speed, lighting conditions, and other relevant factors.”
The Yavapai County Attorney’s Office said an investigation into the case was continuing.
In June, the Tempe Police Department released a report that said the safety driver was streaming the television show “The Voice” on her phone in the minutes leading up to the crash, The Arizona Republic reported.
Uber declined to comment Tuesday, as did the Tempe police. The Yavapai County Attorney’s Office did not answer further questions about how it reached
its decision.
The March 2018 crash is believed to be the first pedestrian death resulting from self-driving technology, and many wondered how prosecutors would approach a criminal investigation.
The crash raised questions about the safety of the technology as well as the comprehensiveness of the rules governing it. Few such federal or state rules exist.

“It’s not very well trod at all,” said Frank Douma, a research scholar at the University of Minnesota’s Center for Transportation Studies. “To my knowledge, there is not any sort of real bright-line statement about who’s liable when.”

Mr. Douma said prosecutors’ announcement Tuesday tracked with how typically people, and not car manufacturers, are held responsible for crimes they commit behind the wheel. But, as autonomous vehicles become more sophisticated, he said, such cases raise questions about that way of thinking.
“Is this driver, or was this driver, behaving in any way different than what most drivers are going to be behaving like when the car is doing this much driving?” he said. “It’s a very conventional way of thinking to say we can expect and we should expect people to sit and monitor technology that is otherwise doing all the decision-making.”
The Yavapai County Attorney’s Office did its review at the request of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, which had a potential conflict of interest in the case because of an earlier partnership with Uber in a safety campaign. The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office did not respond to requests for comment on Tuesday.
The New York Times reported last March that Uber’s autonomous cars in Arizona struggled to meet the company’s expectations and required drivers to intervene more frequently than those of the company’s competitors.
Uber suspended testing of self-driving vehicles after the crash. In December, the vehicles returned to public roads, though at reduced speeds and in less-challenging environments.
In a preliminary report about the crash released in May, the National Transportation Safety Board said the Uber car’s computer system had spotted
Ms. Herzberg six seconds before impact, but classified Ms. Herzberg, who was not in a crosswalk, first as an unrecognized object, then as another vehicle and finally as a bicycle.

The Uber car, equipped with Uber’s sensing technology, comes with an automatic emergency braking system from the manufacturer.
But Uber had disabled that function as well as other safety features to “reduce
the potential for erratic vehicle behavior,” according to the report, putting the onus on the safety driver to intervene.
The agency said Uber’s safety driver grabbed the steering wheel to swerve at the last second but did not start braking until after impact.

The Republic reported last March that family members of Ms. Herzberg had “resolved” a case against Uber. The Republic said that the family was represented by the law firm Bellah Perez, which said Tuesday that it could not comment on whether the firm had been involved in the case.

With the reality that Coke announced that they were going to increase their prices on their products , then less then a month later Coke -Announced that they were going to add the flovor of pot in their cola drink -With knowing that Coke had actual cocaine in their cola in the beginning of the the cola companies infancy , now in its known history , now they are using orange flavoring like their Fanta Orange drink after their thin can concept -They do not realize with the short time changes they can be draining in the financial base quicker then they realize.

That can hurt the Coke -a Cola Company even as they continue to compete with Pepsi-Cola & the many other cola drink companies.

That puts Pepsi-Cola . Dr. Pepper & A&W in the lead as Coke-A-Cola falls back in the Cola industry competition.

Can Coke-A- Cola catch up to the others before they find themselves nearly to totally in the red in sales to start?

There is no real bad news for Pepsi-Cola.

C.R.P.H.A. BUSINESS ADVOCATE.

As Kroger and Cerberus Battle for Safeway, They Should Consider This.

Kroger ,Safeway , Lucky ,Alpha Beta , Albertsons  & others even before Whole Foods & Trader Joes -They have been trying to weigh out against each other for years yet now it seems as Safeway corp is gradually weeding out the longtime trusted family traditional Food Market / Grocer-So that what ever happens to the older grocer will be out of their hands as it was with OSH - When Lowes aquired the Older Hardware retailer .

If that is the case that would be a bad sign to have many that have shopped there , are shopping at SafeWay ,have had familes shop at the grocer since they were very young to hear that is what the corporate of Safeway is secretly doing with the fact that they already gave the company to Albertsons  at a high moderate percentage , now Kroger wants apart of the retailer.

As many loyal , long time loyal shoppers shop at Safeway  its better that Safeway take over Albertsons , the others Safeway has a deeper , more positive history more so then the others do like for example Safeway started up as many now a days see as a farmers market set up  in the mid to late 1920's & as years went on they eventually started in small to mid-size instore concept.

So in C.R.P.H.A. Business Advocate's  View is simply SafeWay is the victor in the retail grocery competition.

Meaning Safeway will be the remaining store in that retail industry no question .

With the possible chance that Amazon may try the online concept of the grocery market industry that would mean that Albertsons would have to detach from Safeway , focus on their own stores , operations safeway will stlll be the victor but Albertsons will more then lose out in their finances , more as many others also outside of Safeway would follow the decline as Albertsons will decline even ever so gradually..

The most trusted  Retail Grocery Market SAFEWAY  & the least trusted in who is also turning it self in to a realtor / gradually stepping away from the retail food market industry ALBERTSONS...

_______________________

This will not happen with & for ( SEARS ) - As it has not happened for Circuit City wanting to down sizing to the size of Radio Shack sized stores a year after the fact that the retailer of Electronics went into section ( 11 )...
The current owners that bought Circuit City --During its decline - Announced that in what was to be in as it makes a come back.
As I have said in one of my Business Advocate video's that Home Depot -Said that they were thinking of doing it & go on more about that, many other things relating to Business.
About Sears- There claim to down-size.

C.R.P.H.A.BUSINESS ADVOCATE Topic: Albertsons grocery store & their constant greed of take over & what can still negatively happen to them that they are not even currently aware of.
Albertsons has grown to be almost as big as Kmart & other retailers in its beginnings but from that point to even current from even semi-current Albertsons has gone from the normal retailer to one that is hell bent on take over of many of its competitors , it started by doing so with Lucky's Market in the 1990's in who Albertsons was nearly neck & neck with them but Albertsons was at most a percentage stronger then Lucky's.
So it is more then factual that they may have seen more of a base that Lucky's was a threat to Albertsons with many of the advances that Lucky's was getting with the higher percentages of foot traffic in their stores out weighing the foot traffic of Albertsons so they thought by merging with them they could in some way eliminate them off the retail map &try to re-focus on the others that they are currently competing with in the grocer part of the retail industry.
When they succeeded with wiping Lucky's off the retail map Albertsons sailed alone again , eventually they had to close those stores that they took over of the Lucky's Food Market Stores.
The one of many ways that Albertson's did wipe Lucky's off the map was basically from with in its source -And its main source is within in the corporate office & while in the offices of Lucky's Food Stores -Without any of the main Lucky's stores corporate office -The corporate workers of Albertsons would have been able to slip things through to Lucky's stores corporate employees to start that would seem , even look like good idea's for the company , its stores when in actuality it was ways to gradually tear down dismantle the grocer of Lucky's in ways that was not clear or even noticeable to , in clear plain sight of the corporate employees to start in what can be seen as one of many if not the direct way that Albertsons was able to wipe Lucky's off the retail map.
Now Albertsons is currently merged with Safeway the longer lasting , larger grocer retailer in the U.s. -Alone.
It is more then clear that Albertsons will try the same method's they did with the Lucky's Food Stores -While merged with Safeway Food Markets.
What Albertsons does not realize by wasting money , resources by merging , trying to over take the retailer that they are merged with they will not have the financial backing to defend against Wal-Mart & Soon Coming Amazon Online Food Stores -To start with.
They can look at their financial standings even at current on through all they want but as time rolls through , they months , years go by as they have so far Albertsons may find themselves with no backing , support of any sort type & kind even if they currently see no issue or actual thing that would lead to that even the founders , corporate employees of Longs Drugs knew that was a possibility with in its own company but they knew the steps to take to make sure the negative never reached the company in any way , for any reason -It was as if they had just started the company as they did in the of 1938 of May 12th -But they used methods that would not effect them, their stores , employees with in any part of any of the stores , its corporate & district offices.
Its not very smart , its not very logical to be overly confident even while running , operating a business in any industry even with in the Retail industry.
Yet so far Albertsons corporate execs more then seem to be as said of being overly confident even in a still ever changing world both in business, outside of business
Things can pop up without notice in ,with many things , that is true even in the business world as well as life itself.
So to better save from the more then possible demise of Albertsons Food Stores --Albertsons had better detach themselves from Safeway Food Market as PayLess Drugs closed all stores in the Hawaiian Island Market , remained in business in the states as many of the Islanders would call it , Pay Less Drugs stayed a-float for a moderate base line of time before they sold themselves to Rite Aid Pharmacy Stores.
Of course as PayLess Drugs put in Thrifty's in the buyout of the pharmacy retailer of PayLess Drugs Stores due to the fact that PayLess & Thrifty's merged with each other a number of years before PayLess tried to stretch out into the Hawaiian Island Market, Eventually found that they had to choose to stay in the Island market or in the retail market with in the states , even when they did remain in the states after closing stores in the Island Market - It was still unseen that they were going to end up selling the company to Rite Aid Pharmacy Stores - In what ended up happening even after they saw that they could not make it where PayLess Drugs was able to remain above the financial waters no matter how hard they tried to do so.
So Albertsons must again detach themselves from Safeway Food Stores-Sooner then they may think.
That will not negatively effect Safeway , its stores in any way.
Uf you have any questions about jwas said please do ask us.
If you want to please do ask us on that as well.

C.R.P.H.A. BUSINESS ADVOCATE.
We know that everyone may have heard that a number of years ago that the corporation that currently owns the rights to the name of ( Circuit City ) was about to bring back the retailer back into actuality but the way that it would come to be was in its big return they would open the store in the size of what was the same basic size of the well known retailer ( RADIO SHACK ) ...
So far that has not happened at all in any way at all but now there is a much earlier word out that the well known retailer of ( TOY'S "R" US ) - Might make a come back under the same corporate office control or so it is thought it being that currently .

We are helping our founder in bringing back a well known pharmacy retailer ( LONGS DRUGS STORES )- The retailer was one if not the only strongest retailer that was able to stay more then leveled even during the second recession in the U.S.A.- It was not as bad as the recession that hit the United States - After the stock market crash of 1929.

But none the less it was not as horrific as the one in , after 1929.

Longs was stronger then any number of the other retailers that are not currently in operationto start, it was stronger then Walgreens , Rite Aid , C,V,S, -As well...

Our founder knows the entire history of the company ,he is working hard on that even as he advocates hard , long for many of the youth , the American People all in one in the U.s..

Sears , Kmart are wiping themselves off the retail map in the U.s. -And even after that it is done , if any other retailer or fastfood franchise follows the same creed as it were its going to make it even much harder for many if not all of the American People - Find employment to help themselves make a stable living to start , able to start , support themselves , their families , even start famies of their own.

It is thought that with JC PENNY -Macy's may not be that far behind of actually adding themselves to where they are no longer on the retail map as it were.

It is said that if any of those are even thought of , close to more then a possibility , reality is known as bad corporate , company management , operation. it was the same bad operation , management done to the retailer of CIRCUIT CITY STORES & MERVYNS

The corporate bad seeds has saddly befallen each of the retailers but Sears , Kmart to start have source that they have not thought of that our founder can help them , many other retailers in the U.s..

What are your thoughts on this , do you have any thoughts of what could also be added to the process in keeping emplyment in the U.s. & - The prospect of bringing them back , helping the ones that even recently went out of business back if at all?

C.R.P.H.A. Business Advocate
For all businesses large & small to be aware of even the ones that want to enter the western market & the ones that are still even currently in the western market
In the current two years after the high tax plan went in to law through prop 39 -In what now former Governor Jerry Brown advertised it to be for California schools funding for the youth in the west coast state , it was even reported by both C.R.P.H.A. Humanitarian Advocate & the Sacramento Bee-- That Jerry Brown went behind closed doors , went through the legislative loophole to change prop39 from California School funding to what he announced about a year & half before the school funding in what was his high tax plan -...
Yet even after many of the citizens , the California republicans said that it was not a good idea for California when the media both liberal , others talked with both the California citizens , republicans -Jerry Brown still went through with it but no one at that time knew if he was going to still go through with the plan in putting the high tax plan in place even after the wide media with the words from the citizens , the opposing political party you would think that Jerry would have come up with something better, respected that most from the citizens words if not from the opposing party but at most from the citizens of the west coast state.
It is more then obvious that he did not take the words in any base , level of respect of , from the California citizens as if Jerry Brown thought that the citizens did not truly know what they wanted , what was best for them , the state of California.
So he put the high tax plan on the side lines & when the school funding legislation of the California school funding came in to play it may have been where then Governor Brown may have thought that if he could get on the state citizens good side in where he could get it where if they believed he has a caring parental side in wanting what’s best for our youth in making sure that our youth get a better level of education by advertising the legislative proposition 39 with it labeled California's school / Education funding.
And in addition he could have thought that if the citizens of California voted the school funding to pass he would have an easier chance to get his high tax plan to get into law without anyone of the California citizens being wise to his thought in getting his way v.s. what is better for the states youth , citizens that being of what is more beneficial for him , the liberal democratic party was his main &,true focus.
It was never really what’s best , beneficial for the youth , citizens of California both in the mind ,eyes of Jerry Brown..
Many of the larger percentage of the citizens voted it in but the many that did not vote on the propositions even the prop 39- Were not aware Jerry Browns actions but one did know his actions that then Governor Brown went in to action in doing & he was also one of the many that did not vote on the propositions even ( 39 )-- That person will not be mentioned
You will see it even mentioned on this video link of C.R.P.H.A. -& Many of the other ones that mention Jerry Brown -This video is directed towards the current California State Governor Gavin Newsom - The former Mayor of San Francisco , California --…

Along with the PG&E Issue - Gavin has to decide to be in the side of logic , reality , take down the high tax plan , reestablish the California education funding for the schools of California for a better education for the youth of the west coast state & to take down the sanctuary city and state status in what would show that he is a person & Governor - That follows the constitution of the United States & With that it would make it where he will show that he cares about a better education for our youth seeing with the fact that he is a parent as well that would be a good viewing on him of that .
In addition the many businesses that have wanted to enter the western market would do that with no financial , budget fear on any level & that would help employ many if not all of the citizens of California starting with those that are looking for employment , those that will be even after graduation & that would also be a god viewing on Gavin as the state governor.

The Carl's Jr. On Watt Ave Near Wal-Mart across the street from Dollar Tree & close by KFC --In North Highlands , California had one of our advocates wait longer then the other Carl's Jr.---Locations did in taking the order so that the advocate could order the meal , eat .
That location needs to do better then that or they may find that location out of business for showing poor customer service , with that it could be why they are not as busy as the other locations we have visited with in the Sacramento city, county area.
That is a very bad sign for any franchise, any other business that serves the public even face to face.

From the start of each of this companies beginning's they did hand out paper applications when they were looking to hire people to employ the person that fills out the application, brings it in application, the manager would review it ,
Now a large number of these businesses that are in the same industry as the ones listed here , the ones that are not listed on here do still give paper applications to people , a number of the same that is not listed on here also do online applications along with handing out paper applications.
All of the franchise's,retailers should do both being online & paper applications.
The reason is realistic , logical , that is simply not all people have access to computers.
So from here on through all franchises & retailers should do both paper & online applications it would make it fair , easy for both that do , those do not have access to computers of their own .
Not all people like putting personal information on public library computer with many people walking by the computers.
No one likes it when others look over their shoulders while on the library computers.
And it would be faster for many businesses get
more help to hire, more people to be employed.
That is simple realistic , logical...

In the business world each company has its own special uniqueness in what is one of many things that helps it remain in operation.
The one of many things that do a company in is the abrupt changes that happen within the company
due to the phony saying that they want to impress the shareholders , when the companies do changes to impress the shareholders
it more then destroys the company from with in.
That more then potentially drags a company down the wrong path to where the company goes out of business, becomes nonexistent.
It can even slowly happen when a company is split the company in to two companies as Meg Whitman was planning to do to ( HP) - In doing so there
was a large number of layoffs.
No company has to bow down to the acceptance of its shareholders -In that base,
Its the shareholders that should impress the companies but it wont have to be on the aspect of money.
It is due to the company that the shareholders are able to benefit from the companies success & longevity.
Meg Whitman did not take the time to find ways to make it where there would be no layoffs
the company benefits more with those that have been with a company longer
, that being that know the company in order for a company to succeed beyond where
they have gone to where they can be even after their first number of successes.
Not many Ceo's , Presidents of many if not all companies do take that into account
, consideration till its too late to do a thing about it at times.
That is one of many things that can be very drastic , harmful to a company , its longevity, future.
H p )- Has help form the Santa Clara County area from Palo Alto to San Jose , Menlo Park
to start thanks to classmates that later became close friends , future entrepreneurs.
The two founders of H.P. - Made the company international , wide spread , well known as it is still today.
Meg is making the company of what the founders did not intend it to become.
By having the company focus on impressing the shareholders is not a true, actual positive , benefit , focal point of the
company even with in starting with the employees of HP.-In what is one part of what helped make the company what it is today.
H.p. was to be where the layout was set
, the employee's would work on making it an actuality , the top
half of the company would leave the employees alone as the employees worked on the plan layed out.
Meg is refocusing it from that focal point that helped Hp be a success into a focus that can drastically harm H.p..
Its becoming to be that Meg Whitman is a bad seed to H.p.& its longevity
, success if she is going to do that along with making a company that
bows down to the shareholders along with splitting it apart in what has been proven
that its not only risky but costly to
a company that has not been made to do that , HP- Is one of many
company's that were not made to be split apart even in a economy as what the U.s. is currently in that can be more
then drastic , harmful for a company that has been around as long as H.p has been so far to start .
Its shown to many that have paid attention to never split a company
in to any number of sections or parts in such a abrupt way , manor as
Meg was said that she would not do then after a few years she decided to do
the very thing she said that she has said that she would not do in what was to
split the company into to parts .
With the number of layoffs that Meg had hp go through in doing she benefited by doing so.
It should not be allowed to benefit for laying off employees in order to
accomplish their focus , objective that they have layed out for the company
that they do not always take the time to look over the true , logical positive , negative
cause and effect before they go through with the actions no matter , what ever they may be.
Its more then obvious that Meg Whitman did not logically take the
time to do where she would find a way that would not lead to any number
of layoffs , its more then possible to do that .
All she focused on the fact that she would benefit on the layoffs at any number large or
small to medium or moderate though she may try to say , convince others
, many otherwise.\, her reasoning will not be very realistic , logical business wise at all.
______________________________________________
No matter how big a company gets even with many different positive types
, kinds of innovations that a company like Hp , others like Hp being Apple , IBM
, ETC.- Go in doing , accomplishing that would put the company in a positive stride , positive
light in the business world , that would also benefit its employees , consumers that
 purchase the items that
the company's put out in the retail market, that also benefits the employees in helping
the company make it a reality.
A person like Meg Whitman is not a positive seed to make that happen, she’s
only in it for her , her alone , the founders of Hp did not start the company for that to happen,
Meg Whitman needs to be forced to step down , kicked out of the company
, replaced with a person that is on the same focus as the founders
were on when the company first started, when it was founded in what
benefited the company , its employees , the consumers to start then the
shareholders would benefit equally to the employees, the company. in what was
the way it was intended.
That needs to happen soon , not way / years later because then it could be too late.

It was announced that T-Mobile & Sprint was about merge , the way that they are agreed to do so is where T-Mobile is the only of the two that would be around is T-Mobile the only one actually in business , Sprint would be nonexistent just like Alberstsons food market did to Lucky food stores , what they are trying to attempt to do to Safeway -So Safeway better get out of the contract with Albertsons where Safeway is still in business.
Sprint can back out as well before the time to back out expires.

The partial merger with Metro PCS & T-Mobile is at risk with the full take over merger with Sprint.

If Sprint does not back out that could mean less employment in the U.s..

They could restructure the contract between Sprint & T-Mobile where Sprint is still around

,T-Mobile is still around , the two would still merged like Sear , Kmart stores are.

That way there are still employment in that industry to start with.

If T-,Mobile , Sprint think its away to better compete with Verizon wireless both T-Mobile & Sprint will lose to the points section 11, no longer around unless they have it the way that we said that Kmart &Sears are merged .

That is business logic , fact & truth.

It is a fair base to say that seeing that Subway is closing over 500 of their eateries in the U.S.- Togo's wins the sandwich war / competition between the two companies in the Health , fast food industry.

That means that they have the run of the industry because even Qizzno's has lost the war / competition in the same indusrty , in the same industry Panera Bread company , its franchises are

in not close, tight competition with Togo's,Subway's,they

were not even in that with quizno's either.

So ToGo's- Has an open window with in the industry until
there comes a eatery that will compete with them

as

Subways did,if Panara decides to compete with

ToGo's -At any point.

So Long Subways You gave up in the U.S. -Too soon.

For all busineess owners every size.

On this video is what you do not want to allow to happen, make sure it does not happen
always prepare for all types & levels of contingency even before the start of a new year

C.R.P.H.A. BUSINESS ADVOCATE

With all of the retail demise that has happened that has been happening from 2008 to mid, late parts of the millennium the only business of many that has had whats known as business smarts is ( IN-OUT BURGER )- And its still one of many young striving companies that has made it through the rough patches of what many businesses in any industry goes through , deals with each , every day week month, year as our founders favorite retailer known as Longs Drugs Stores has done before the companies ceo, President decided to secretly put the company , its stores up for sale in what is a very bad business move & it can make it hard for a comany that does that to make a successful & strong comeback.
Longs started in the year of the late years during the depression in what was May,12th 1938 -In the city , state of Oakland,California--...
Even in a downed economy Longs Drugs still stayed strong even in the millennium while other retailers, other companies were starting to struggle.
IN-OUT Burger - Is doing ther same but not so quick in poping up franchises as quick as many others have been along with starbucks coffee company has been doing- Even if it had to show improvement , more to impress the investors.
The other half is that the in- out franchise has not gone public.
That helps a comany in any industry to last longer, survive longer, better & that a company does that very same thing even in the start-up process.
Even as the businees world gets more costly , tough it is the best ways that any busness should do even a company as old as Hewlett-Packard & Intel , IBM , Apple , Microsoft -- Can do.
No company any size has to impress , answer to inverstors its the Investors that need to impress , prove things to the comany that is realistic , cost effective , logical.
Without the comany the investors have nothing.
So in a trying , tough / difficult economey all businesses do what In-Out is doing where you do not have to answer to , have to impress investors in any way , for any reason.
In-Out keep up the good work...

Palo Alto Sport Shop & Toy World

This store began as a single store , sold mostly hunting
& fishing equipment to start , it was then only under the
name Palo Alto Sport Shop.

That was in the year of 1930 - Then in the 1980's  the founder , his son opened a second store with nothing but toys , games , etc..

That store was in a different city , county but it was not
in business for that long.

It was later decided to make room for the toys & games , etc.- Put them in different sections of the  sports store before they closed the toy store.

The sport store was later renamed ( Palo Alto Sport Shop & ToyWorld )- The store lasted in business 87 years  - If it was still in business today with Toys "R" Us-Closing its stores doors for good The one location sport , toy store would be close to the only operating toy store in the state of California - That would be known.

This store was family owned & operated , it was later managed by two employees that became part of the family & many of the other longtime employees also became part of the stores familly.

Palo Alto Sport Shop & Toy World -Was last located 526 Waverly Street in the downtown business district in the city of Palo Alto,California- Nextdoor to The Prolific Oven Coffee Shop & Bakery - Not too far from the corner of  University Avenue -...

When the Sport & Toy Store -Was in business it  gradually became a local trusted sports, swim team supporter to , for many local schools , Universities , more & it also gradually became the locals best toy store for birthday , holiday gifts along with it being well known to offer free gift rapping after a purchase of an item in the store, the store had its own signature red& white striped  gift wrapping paper.

And it is one of many stores that would not be seen to make any comeback but will always be missed , remembered as a friendly caring , trusted local retailer.

WARDS T.V. / CIRCUIT CITY STORES.

The man Sam Wurtzel moved with his wife , children from New York,New Jersey to
Richmond ,Virginia - And they boarded with his wife's sister .

One day Sam went in for a hair cut in the local barber shop, while there he heard that
there was about to be Richmond's first T.v. News Station--...

That eventually after realizing that the only states , cities that had their own television
stations , he eventually decided to help the citizens that did not have any way of viewing any of the current shows , news reports of the day weeks , years.

It took a number of months to figure out a name  location , to set things up with the supplier that Sam knew to sell the Olympia brand television sets.

When Sam thought of a name, the agreed upon location in what was small at the first location in what was in the back side of a auto repair & tire shop.

It was a few years after that Sam was able to relocate the store in a bigger building in a different area.

Then Sam eventually needed a lawyer when he was about to go into expanding the store , company , he asked his son Alan if he knew of any lawyers.

Sams son Alan was studying a different type , level of law at the time but eventually decided to try a hand in helping his father with the acquisitions as Alan also looked into learning the right , legal ways, mannors of the right way to do it as they start to aquire other retailers that were in the same retail industry as Sam was operating the store in.

Eventually Sam stepped down, let his son take over the company, as Alan took over one of many actions he had to attend to was letting go of the many stores that turned out to be bad that tey aquired.

The store eventually started to  sell home appliances & still continued to sell  television sets.

As the company of Wards T.v. -was doing good Alan , the other heads with in the company started to think of names that they could agree on if they decided to rename the company , its stores.

When the T.v. News station that was new to the Richmond area, went into operation it was shown that Sam was one positive part in helping the citizens of Richmond to view the local news station , watch many other programs , the way that was possible was that Sam operated the store in the very beginning like a rent to own operation the one added part was that the television was brought to the customers place of residence after the customer gave them the money , signed a contract at the store , at times as the t.v. was being delivered & if the television needed to be serviced / repaired the store offered that service , if the television was not repair-able then they would replace it with another television under the same contracted agreement, if at all the customer were to purchase to own the t.v. set then Sam would have it delivered or if the contract was up or close to being up,the customer were to purchase to own the television  then they would handle the process of said purchase at the store or when they were to come to the customers home to pick up the television set.

The time eventually came that the idea of renaming the company , the stores so Alan had it set to where names were put in a hat v.s. tossed around vocally.

When the name was choosen to be Circuit City - The porcess of renaming the store , the company happened slowly but it started with one of the other retailers that the company aquired then it eventuall , still gradually was changed through the entire companies stores before the name of the companies headquarters was officially was named Circuit City Incorporated.

The death & demise of Sam Wurtzel's company, stores.

The stores & companies demise started directly after Alan Wurtzel stepped down , retired from the company that was due to the bad choices , indirection decided by the corporate heads after Alan retired.

The company was lead away from Alan's father Sam's vision , more that helped make the company , its stores well trusted , a success.

That  action seems to be a common thing happening with in many other companies , not only many other retailers, in order for many retailersfranchises to last longer, stay in business the many successors within each company can not deviate from the founders vision, hopes for the companies , its stores future in what is always a positive , long lasting , the successor needs to build upon the vision , what made the company , its stores a success, that includes with even if its not what the companies investors want if there are any invesrors , the successor can not go by what the ( N.Y.S.E.) - May want or even what the successor may think that they want.

As long as the company , its stores go by the laws , regulations with each state city & county with in the U..s. -To start then all sides are going to succeed in the long run as it is often said.
